The Nepal Trust is based in Scotland and is a charitable, not for profit, organisation focused on improving living conditions and opportunity for children and vulnerable people in Nepal.
Although now no longer registered as an INGO in Nepal, we remain a grassroot, cost-effective charitable body, dedicated to supporting the Nepalese people by working with them on sustainable community development projects in the areas of education, health, agriculture, renewable energy, sustainable tourism, water & sanitation, and heritage preservation.
Our core strength is the incredible support we receive from individual members and partner organisations in both the UK and abroad. Many of the Nepal Trust Trustees and Members have spent time in Nepal as volunteers engaging in and helping deliver our projects and programmes. Together we have developed a deep and lasting bond of commitment with the people of Nepal
